Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE AN APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in your house will result in one of two choices. You can either schedule professional appliance repair to attempt to save money and keep on using your old refrigerator, oven, dishwasher or washer or dryer or replace the old appliance with a new unit.

Appliances come with an average lifetime. If the current appliance is in the beginning or middle part of that lifetime, we would recommend scheduling our appliance repair company. If the appliance is coming close to the final part of its lifetime, we then recommend to replace it with a new unit if your budget allows.

Here are the estimated lifetimes of every model of home appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. We do. Our service includes a warranty on manufacturer parts and labor. We also use manufacturer replacement parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Sub-Zero, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and all other common appliance brands in order to protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Q. CAN YOU FIX THE BROKEN APPLIANCE DURING YOUR FIRST TRIP?

A. We can. We stock our service vans with 90% of the common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and all of the necessary tools to complete our appliance repair service. In the event we do have to return at a later time to finish a repair, there will not be an additional service charge. We estimate that we complete over 95% of our appliance repair appointments during the initial trip.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for our technician to arrive at your home. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive in the early part of the scheduled service window. But, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts a lot longer than expected, this allows the repairman a little time to be able to still arrive on schedule during the service window. We always call 10-15 minutes before their arrival.
